In his capacity as the natural head of the entire Oduduwa race worldwide, Arole Oodua Olofin Adimula, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Ooni of Ife on Monday stormed Ekiti state to resolve the ongoing dispute between traditional rulers in the state and their Governor, Mr. Kayode Fayemi.
The Ooni who is the Co-Chairman, National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria is currently at the Palace of Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, meeting with the Ekiti first class Obas (Pelupelus) in a bid to amicably resolve the crisis between Governor Kayode Fayemi and the aggrieved 11 Pelupelu Obas over the appointment of Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti as Chairman, Ekiti State Council of Traditional Rulers.
He is expected to meet with the Governor thereafter as all hands are on deck to find solutions to the needless crisis.
