Motivation!, the scientific discipline that elicits a being to action toward a desired goal; the reason for the action; that which gives purpose and direction to behavior.
It has come to my notice that one of the major factors that aid motivation is *Relationship*, the connection of students to the teachers matter a lot in the academic performance of the students. When the teachers care for, push, support, empower and expand their views of what is possible in life it serves as a spark of psychological discipline that makes the students interested in the subject.
Effort is also a factor that helps students understand that with hard work and the use of effective practice they can succeed in school.
Students know that the actions they take or do not take will influence their ability to realize their dreams for the future and this will be a push up towards their academic performance.
Teaching students practical ways to think about their own opinion , control urges, and complete tasks.
