In a bid to encourage Nigerians to take good care of their parents more than than they attend to their Pastor’s needs including tithes, Reno Omokri has revealed why a parent’s blessing to a child is the authentic.
Reno Omokri who is former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to former President Goodluck Jonathan, has taken to his Facebook page and told Nigerians that “No pastor, no matter how anointed, can bless them like their own parents, no matter how unanointed they are.”
He wrote; “Only a fool thinks that he is pleasing God by sowing into the life of his pastor while his own parents are owing and sorrowing. No pastor, no matter how anointed, can bless you like your own parents, no matter how unanointed.“That is the secret to success. Another definition of a fool is a man who looks after his wife’s family while his own parents and siblings languish in poverty. Finally, love your wife. Spoil her. Honor her. But don’t dishonor your mum because of her. If you die, she can remarry. Your mum can’t.”
