Angry Frank Lampard Attacks PSG After Defeat Against Real Madrid

Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard, has slammed Paris Saint-Germain after their Champions League round-of-16 elimination at the hands of Real Madrid.
Lampard was not happy with the way PSG approached the game.
He said that the Ligue 1 giants ‘threw the towel in the second half’.
“I don’t think they went out like a big team,” Lampard told BT Sport.
“A big team goes with some tackles. It might look great on the eye but you have a right go. But they threw the towel in the second half.”
Meanwhile, PSG went into the second leg trailing 3-1 on aggregate, but with home advantage and an away goal, victory over Zinedine zidane’s men was still a possibility, even without injured star player, Neymar.
The Parisians suffered a 2-1 loss at the Parc des Princes to fall to Madrid 5-2 on aggregate as their wait for a first Champions League continues.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Casemiro scored either side of Edinson Cavani’s strike, while PSG had Marco Verratti sent off.
